Let's Change is a 12-week leadership program for middle school students in Waterbury, CT. It's led by high school mentors and covers topics such as communication, policy-making, teamwork, time and resource management, and ethics.

Let’s Rise Up! teaches the youth the importance of voting, the structures of the government and how policies are created. It encourages the youth to research, plan and execute an action plan in their community. It will give them the tools to fight against racial equity in their community by raising awareness, and giving them tools to rise above it,

Let's Stand! is a program aimed at developing leadership skills in high school students in the Waterbury area. The program includes personal development exercises, discussions, readings, guest speakers, and visits to places like the capitol building. The program also encourages students to act as mentors to other students in their community, including participants in the Let's Change program.
