Our Mission
LGYU Inc is a non-profit organization run by BIPOC youth to empower students in grades 5-12 to recognize their emotions, values, strengths, and limitations. The organization provides programs and initiatives that help students manage their behaviors, make healthy lifestyle choices, and develop vital skills and knowledge in STEM, music, public speaking, politics, public health, and social change. LGYU Inc prioritizes health and wellness workshops, community outreach, and campaigns against youth violence . The organization aims to build a strong community of young leaders committed to positive change in their communities and beyond, bridging the achievement gap among our community’s youth and preparing them for success in the future.
